Welcome to Il Corno

Where good food meets good luck

ABOUT
Welcome to Il Corno, where good food meets good luck.

Located at the centre of the historic Oxford Covered Market and named after the traditional Neapolitan amulet worn to bring good luck and prosperity, Il Corno is a food&drink business, introducing new dining and aperitif concepts.

Originating from Naples’ tasty and genuine culinary tradition and its renowned customs of hospitality, Il Corno specialises in one of the most iconic dishes of Neapolitan street-food: PANUOZZI, a long and flat sandwich made from pizza dough that can be enriched with different fillings, from mozzarella to friarielli broccoli, from provola to sausages, and requires two stages of cooking in the oven.
Il Corno also offers its guests other unique products from Neapolitan traditional food and drinks culture, from taralli to the famous babà al rum, from limoncello to a delicious variety of Campania wines.

Come to Il Corno to relish delicious Neapolitan food and drinks while being immersed into Naples’s extraordinary cultural atmosphere.

Most importantly...

TOUCH THE HORN and TASTE YOUR LUCK!

Our TOMBOLA NIGHTS were inaugurated on the 25th of January and were a tremendous success. Our lovely customers came to Il Corno and played Naples’ own version of bingo, the tombola, while being immersed into a typical Neapolitan atmosphere and getting the chance to win some very special prizes. More Tombola Nights to come so make sure you follow us on our social channels for updates..

Our first SCOPA NIGHT took place on the 22nd of February. We teach our customers how to play, and master, the game of scopa, one of the most popular card games in Italy. After a first trial game, you are divided into small groups and the official scopa tournament begins: the person who achieves the highest score by the end of the night wins a very special prize. All of this accompanied, as always, by delicious food and wine!
